This is lesson #9 in “Proverbs” series. Backsliding is to go back from or renounce a better and superior way. 75% of Americans claim to be Christians but 75% of those have no works or fruit for doing it “my way”. Backsliding causes unbelievers and our enemies to speak evil of and mock Jesus and the Bible. Will we commit to obeying scriptures instead of our own devised ways? Will we stop backsliding, doing what we feel is right, and obey what Jesus says is right? Or are we backsliding by ignoring assembling together, prayer, tithing, reading and studying the word, or never witnessing to people we meet? We are epistles known and read by all men. What are people seeing in our lives by our actions? Featured speaker is David G. Kincer. This is a streaming video to watch. 09/25/2011.
