• $25 billing set-up

K-12 Support per student..........$300/monthly ($3000/yr)

Lunch, field trip expenses, Stanford 10 testing, student supplies, and uniform costs are the responsibility of parents.* Computers are the responsibility of parents for general use and for those opting to use the computer-based curriculum.

When the student completes the academic requirements for the current year, we encourage “accelerated learning”—to advance to the following grade level. Additional curriculum costs are paid in advance.

Distance Learning Option
For families that desire to work from home, we offer administrative support for records including transcripts, report cards, curriculum, emergency academic support, hands-on science labs, and diploma and graduation commencement.

PRE-REGISTRATION

To pre-register a student for the next term at Mountainside Academy:

• Read the Pre-enrollment Policies and Standards.
• Call Donna Daigle at 888-TEACH-98 to answer your questions and begin the enrollment process.
• The enrollment package is here to download and print.
• Fill out and sign all forms. Incomplete or unsigned forms will be returned.
  Blank forms cannot be processed and will delay or disallow your application.
• Mail complete forms to:

• When your pre-registration application is processed, Mountainside Academy will contact you. Pre-registration may take some time if a previous school is slow in sending student records.
